Cancellations

I respectfully ask that you provide a 24hour notice in the event of a cancellation. I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel. Service Satisfaction

I strive to ensure each client is happy and satisfied. There are no refunds. If there is anything that needs to be adjusted you must contact me to let me know. Appointment must be booked within 7 days.

All payments are due in full at time of service.

Running Late

I ask for communication if you are running late. Please contact me to let me know. If you are over 15min late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Child Safety Policy

For safety reasons, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. This Policy was created with your child's safety in mind. The salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, glass, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

 

Appointment Confirmations

Appointment confirmations are sent 48hrs in advance of your reservation. Please reply to confirm your appointment. In the event that you do not confirm your appointment it will be cancelled.
